Jugad comes from the Hindi word meaning ‘innovative or irregular way of repairing’. It embodies Foodhak’s ‘food as medicine’ principles whilst allowing people to enjoy dining out in a sustainable and natural way.
The restaurant is a celebration of our founder Sakshi’s Indian heritage with a modern twist offering an experience which is as healthy as it is delicious.
Meet the chef
Our menu was designed by Jugad’s Exectuve Chef Jose Fernandes, who has spent the past five years heading the kitchen at the Gunpowder Restaurant. Jose has drawn inspiration from all corners of the globe to craft a diverse and unique experience. It’s why you’ll find classic Indian dishes alongside modern British favourites, all with a special Jugad twist.
