key ingredients

Ashwagandha(aka Indian ginseng or winter cherry) is an ancient medicinal herb. Ashwagandha is also helpful in increasing energy levels and reducing inflammation and pain. Classified as an adaptogen, ashwagandha is used in herbal medicine to help the body manage stress.

Cacao powder is packed with flavonoids. These nutrients have been shown to help lower blood pressure, improve blood flow to the brain and heart, and aid in preventing blood clots. Cacao also contains fibre that our gut bacteria use to create fatty acid chains which benefit our digestion. Cacao is also known for its high amount of antioxidants.

Millet is one of the oldest cultivated grains in the world and has been grown throughout Africa and Southeast Asia for thousands of years. Millet is rich in niacin, which helps your body manage more than 400 enzyme reactions and is important for healthy skin and organ function. Millet is also a low GI food due to being high in fibre and rich in potassium—a mineral that supports heart health.
