Our Italian Vegetable Pomodoro is a calming dish, perfect for soothing the soul. We've used the freshest of ingredients, including celeriac, cherry tomatoes, and carrots. It can't be Italian without thyme and dried oregano, so we've added that just a dash! To conjure up the briny taste of the sea, we've sprinkled salty capers into our mixed vegetable sauce.

storage and heating instructions
Our ready-to-eat dishes are best enjoyed warmed up. Heat your meal for five to six minutes on a stove over a medium flame. Serve and enjoy! We recommend using a stove but, if you need to microwave your meal, simply pop the dish in for three minutes in a 1150W microwave. Keep your Foodhak meal refrigerated and, once opened, consume within two days (not that you'll be able to resist our delicious meals for that length of time!)
Combination suggestions
We recommend enjoying this meal with brown rice, quinoa, gluten-free pasta or all by its delicious self. This dish would also taste delicious with any of our European-inspired dishes, such as Mushroom Stroganoff, Arrabiata, and any of our soups. Fancy spicing things up?
