This Thai-inspired green curry is filled with goodness and loaded with amazing flavours. We've used leafy pak choi, crisp bamboo shoots, delicious butternut squash and crunchy baby corn. The dish’s overall flavour is enhanced with sweet coconut milk and the herby taste of spirulina. Green curry paste offers a mild, balanced flavour that is both rich and packed with herbs.

Hob: Cut and open the packaging. Pour the content into a saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, and do not let it boil.

Microwave: Full power from chilled 800W for 3-5 minutes. Before heating: Cut open the packaging. Pour the content into a microwavable utensil and heat. During heating: Stir halfway through and continue heating. After heating: Stir throughly. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Storage: For use by date: see top of label. Keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 1 day. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated.
