£9.99

This light version of a classic Thai dish is made using tofu, mushrooms, carrots and cherry tomatoes. key ingredients

Ginger: Ginger belongs to the same family as turmeric and cardamom. Native to South-east Asia, India and China, ginger has been an integral part of the region’s diet for over 5000 years and is valued for its aromatic, culinary and medicinal properties.

Tofu: Containing several anti-inflammatory, antioxidant phytochemicals, Tofu is a great addition to an anti-inflammatory diet. It also has a well-balanced amino acid profile and is a great source of protein – in addition to fiber, potassium, magnesium, iron, copper, and manganese.

Agave Syrup: You'll notice a delicious sweetness in this dish. That’s agave syrup - a low GI sweetener (and a great option if you're diabetic.) Agave syrup is known to improve mood and help your metabolism.
