key ingredients
Broccolini: High in both calcium and magnesium, Broccolini may help in regulating blood pressure. As a cruciferous vegetable, it is high in fibre. Fibre gives a fuller feel for long periods of time and helps in digesting food properly, preventing constipation. Red Peppers: Containing more than 200 percent of your daily vitamin C intake, Bell Peppers help the body absorb iron and heal wounds. The vitamin A and beta-carotene in red peppers offer good support for your overall vision and eye health. Saffron: Studies suggest that saffron may help in boosting mood, increasing libido, and fighting oxidative stress. The antioxidants in saffron could help protect the brain from damage. It is rich in potassium, hence regular intake of saffron may help in dilating the blood vessels

health benefits
Our paella is an excellent source of fibre and is high in Vitamin K, an important vitamin for addressing blood clotting and maintaining healthy bones. Did we also mention its low in fat, saturated fat and sugar, as well as being high in chloride? It’s also a brilliant way to get your daily Vitamin C intake. Vitamin C helps collagen formation to promote healthy blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin C is also helpful in maintaining an energy-yielding metabolism, promoting a healthy nervous system, aiding psychological function protecting the cells and reducing tiredness and fatigue. It’s a win-win!
storage and heating instructions
Our ready-to-eat dishes are best enjoyed warmed up. Heat your meal for five to six minutes on a stove over a medium flame. Serve and enjoy! We recommend using a stove but, if you need to microwave your meal, simply pop the dish in for three minutes in a 1150W microwave. Keep your Foodhak meal refrigerated and, once opened, consume within two days (not that you'll be able to resist our delicious meals for that length of time!)
Combination suggestions
Serve by itself or with a crisp green salad.
