Microwave - From Chilled: Remove sleeve and pierce the film. Place the tray in the centre of microwave and heat (750W for 2 mins, 30 secs or 900W; 2 mins, 15 secs). Allow to stand for 1 min halfway through cook time and then cook for the remaining time (750W for 2 mins, 30 secs; 900W 2 mins, 15 secs). After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min.

Oven Cook - From Frozen: Preheat oven and heat at Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 45-50 mins.

Remove sleeve and film. Place the tray on baking tray for heating.
