Red Thai Curry

Gut Health | Low Glycaemic

Our savoury curry is rich with subtle flavours and tangy tastes. We created it using sweet potatoes, butternut squash, sugar snap peas, baby corn, ground celery and leek. To get that spiced-citrus flavour, we used zesty kaffir lime leaves. We've mixed in some blended red-curry paste and the result is a warming, soothing curry with hints of ginger and garlic.
