A health-boosting regime that consists of comfort dishes very effective in flushing toxins out of the body, resulting in a complete gut cleanse, increased immunity, and renewed energy.
This is a 4-day plan, and for best results, we recommend making this a weekly ritual.

This plan has been designed for a lifestyle change. Once you subscribe, every week you will receive a 4-day Ayurvedic Detox Regime until you pause or cancel your subscription.
You may also make use of this according to your personal preferences - such as doing the detox once a month, once in 3 months, or in any situation that is favourable to you. We absolutely recommend adding this as a lifestyle change for long-term health benefits.
This plan has been created keeping a singular person in mind, but it is always fun to do it together with family and friends. Choose the number of people accordingly.
