Lunch Ayurvedic Rasam Ayurvedic lentil soup with mild spices.
Snack Courgette Lemon & Mint Soup A vibrant green soup packed with courgettes and fresh mint finished with some piquant lemon.
Dinner Tom Yum Soup A tangy and light version of a classic Thai dish, made with tofu, mushrooms, carrots, and cherry tomatoes.

Lunch Italian Vegetable Pomodoro We've used the freshest of ingredients, including celeriac, cherry tomatoes and carrots. It can't be Italian without thyme and dried oregano, so we've added that just a dash! To conjure up the briny taste of the sea, we've sprinkled salty capers into our mixed vegetable sauce.
Snack Healing Cantonese Congee Cantonese-inspired congee made with long-grain basmati rice, carrots, celery, mushroom and leeks.
Dinner Korean Bulgogi Stew Sweetly spiced Korean comfort food packed with seasonal veggies.

This plan has been designed for a lifestyle change. Once you subscribe, every week you will receive a 4-day Ayurvedic Detox Regime until you pause or cancel your subscription.

You may also make use of this according to your personal preferences - such as doing the detox once a month, once in 3 months, or in any situation that is favourable to you. We absolutely recommend adding this as a lifestyle change for long-term health benefits.

This plan has been created keeping a singular person in mind, but it is always fun to do it together with family and friends. Choose the number of people accordingly.

Note that the packets of chia seeds and crackers are to be divided between the days (not one pack per day).
