What is a kitchari cleanse?

Each week of the program starts with a Kitchari Cleanse. Commonplace in Ayurvedic medicine, a kitchari mono diet is the ultimate gut reset helping you reset your habits after the weekend. Our Ayurvedic Kitchari is made using red lentils, basmati rice and a hearty spice mix. Simple and clean, it’s the perfect detox helping you set your body up for the week ahead.


How can you mimic a fast?

Week one of the plan is around fasting but without cutting out food. Yes, you’ve read that right! Fasting is a great way to help you lose weight and encourage cell rejuvenation but it isn’t exactly the most enjoyable experience. That’s why we developed a Low Carb ‘Fast’ Mimicking Diet to give you the benefits of a fast without the hunger. Each day has breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You can snack on a ‘fast’.


What does 'low GI' even mean?

By consuming foods with a lower glycemic index (GI), you can steady your blood sugar levels and support your metabolic health helping you lose weight.
