This plan has been designed for a lifestyle change - Once you subscribe, every week you will receive a 4-day Weight-Loss plan until you pause or cancel your subscription.

You may also make use of this according to your personal preferences - such as following the plan once a month, once in 3 months, or in any situation that is favorable to you. We absolutely recommend adding this as a lifestyle change to attain long-term weight loss goals.

This plan has been created keeping a singular person in mind, but it is always better to get on a weight loss journey with a friend or two. Choose the number of people accordingly.
